1. Our Role
Take Two Closet connects individuals who want to liquidate, offload, or resell fashion inventory (new or used) with our internal resale and logistics team. We are not a public marketplace. We don’t guarantee sales outcomes and we reserve the right to accept or reject any submission.
2. Who Can Use Our Site
You must be 18+ to use our services. If you’re submitting clothing or products on behalf of someone else (like a client or brand), you must have permission to do so.
3. Submissions & Listings
When you submit your info, you’re agreeing that:
The items you’re offering are authentic and legally yours to sell.
You are not sending counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous goods.
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We reserve the right to decline submissions that don’t fit our brand or operational criteria.
4. No Guarantees
We can’t promise that we’ll accept every submission or that every item will sell. Our process is selective and based on current inventory, demand, and condition.
If we do accept your submission, we’ll follow up with next steps by email. If we don’t, your info will be deleted within 30 days.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, text, and design on this site belong to Take Two Closet. Don’t copy or reproduce any part of the site without our permission.
If you share photos, descriptions, or media as part of your submission, you’re giving us permission to use those for evaluation and internal use only.
6. No Creepy Tech
We do not use tracking cookies, ad beacons, or invasive third-party tools. We don’t sell your data or harvest info beyond what you explicitly submit to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Take Two Closet is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of our site or services. We provide access “as is” with no guarantees.
